Overview

Coalition of California Welfare Rights Organizations, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the assistance and representation of Californians receiving public assistance.

Their in-house Public Assistance Table, a guide to assist agencies and lawyers by providing information, was confusing, difficult to read, and cramped.

Strategy

• Meet with the Executive Director to discuss goals and challenges

• Understand how the document is used to establish eligibility

• Reference their website to capture their brand's fonts and colors

• Create a new table that could be easily understood at a glance

Insights & Challenges

It was easier to pull all the data from the old tables into a text document and rebuild everything on a fresh page. The information on each page was dense and required that I use a condensed font

Outcome

The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do.
